What To Expect


We will first organise a time to chat so that we can discuss your goals and financial situation. This can be done via phone, Zoom or in-person. Unlike banks, we offer flexibility with appointments outside of normal business hours. We’ll provide you with our credit guide along with an online privacy statement and consent.

We’ll ask you to complete an online questionnaire that includes:

  • Details of work history
  • Income
  • Living Expenses
  • Assets and Liabilities.

This can be completed in your own time or I can go through it with you.

We’ll request you upload supporting documents which can include:

  • Payslips
  • Notice of assessments
  • Bank Statements
  • Other Loan/Credit Card Statements
  • Your driver licence or other ID


We will organise a time to have another chat via phone, Zoom or in person to discuss your situation along with any questions you may have and features you would like, such as a redraw facility or an offset account.

We will then research and compare loan products from a large panel of lenders and will provide you with a shortlist of usually 3 loan products to review.

Once you have selected a loan product, we will compile the loan application for you to sign (in person or online) and we’ll submit it to the chosen lender.


A valuation will be conducted for your chosen property prior to a lender offering formal approval.

We will manage the process through to settlement and beyond, providing regular updates along the way. We’ll be available for any questions or queries and will strive to make process as smooth and timely as possible.
